The 6GB of RAM of the smartphone will allow users to open multiple apps in succession.

The Galaxy Note 8 will be available for preorder for eight days in total in Korea, and industry watchers expect Samsung to sell more than one million units during the period. As per initial reports, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is the fastest selling Note device ever in the United States.

The India launch for the handset is scheduled for September 12, next week.

With every major new phone release comes the usual iFixit report. That's despite the fact that it sports the same processor as all the other phones used in the test. The device - which is currently on pre-orders have managed to receive over 395,000 pre-booking request in just 13 days.

Galaxy Note 7 fan edition devices have already been sold out in South Korea. Interestingly, Apple will also unveil the iPhone 8 globally on September 12. The front camera is about 16 Megapixels for selfies.

But it seems like Samsung finally learned its lesson, and it is playing safe this time. Samsung calls the display Infinity display, just the way it calls the screens in the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8+ Infinity screens.
